chief822 Google Calendar Booking is an appointment-management integration designed to help businesses manage their bookings through Google Calendar and automate customer email verification through Gmail.

Our platform supports multiple businesses, allowing each business to connect its own Google account and authorize access to the Google services required for appointment management.

Features

Google Calendar Integration

View existing calendar events.
Create new appointments and bookings.
Update existing calendar events.
Delete calendar events when requested by the authorized business.

Gmail Integration

Send automated transactional emails through the connected Google account, including email verification, booking confirmations, booking updates, cancellations, and reminders.
Gmail access is limited to sending emails. The application does not require access to read users' inboxes.

Multi-Business Support

Each business connects its own Google account and independently authorizes the requested permissions. Google account connections are maintained separately for each business.

Google User Data and Privacy

The application accesses Google Calendar and Gmail information only to provide the appointment-management and email-verification functionality described above.

OAuth access and refresh tokens may be retained to maintain authorized connections. Calendar and email data are processed as needed to perform requested operations and are not intentionally retained in a separate application database.

The application does not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or use it for purposes unrelated to its functionality.
