1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service govern the use of chief822 Google Calendar Booking ("Application", "we", "our", or "us").

By accessing or using the Application, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the Application.

The Application is independently operated by Muhammad Ali Khalid.

2. Description of Services

chief822 Google Calendar Booking provides appointment-management and automated email communication functionality through integrations with Google services, including Google Calendar and Gmail.

The Application allows authorized businesses to:

• Connect their Google accounts.
• Access and manage Google Calendar events.
• Create, update, and delete appointments.
• Send automated transactional emails through the connected Google account, including customer email verification, booking confirmations, booking updates, cancellations, and appointment reminders.
• Maintain authorized Google account connections.

The Application supports multiple independent businesses, each connecting and authorizing its own Google account.

3. Google Account Authorization

To use certain features, businesses must authorize the Application to access their Google accounts.

By granting authorization, you permit the Application to perform the operations associated with the Google permissions you approve.

You understand that:

• Calendar permissions may allow the Application to read, create, update, and delete calendar events.
• Gmail permissions are used to send automated transactional emails on your behalf, including email verification messages, booking confirmations, booking updates, cancellation notifications, and appointment reminders.
• You can revoke authorization through your Google Account settings.
• Revoking authorization may prevent some or all Application features from functioning.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary authority to connect and authorize the Google account you use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Application only for lawful and legitimate business purposes.

You must not:

• Use the Application to send spam, fraudulent messages, or unsolicited communications in violation of applicable laws.
• Use the Application to access Google accounts without authorization.
• Attempt to access another business's Google account or information.
• Interfere with the security or operation of the Application.
• Circumvent technical restrictions or authorization controls.
• Use the Application in violation of Google's applicable terms and policies.
• Use the Application for illegal, abusive, or harmful activities.

5. Google Services and Third-Party Platforms

The Application relies on third-party services, including Google Calendar and Gmail.

Your use of those services is also subject to Google's applicable terms, policies, and conditions.

We do not own or control Google services and are not responsible for interruptions, outages, API changes, permission changes, or service limitations imposed by Google.

Google may modify or discontinue API functionality at any time.

6. Business Responsibilities

Each business using the Application is responsible for:

• Obtaining appropriate authorization to connect its Google account.
• Ensuring that its appointment-management activities comply with applicable laws.
• Obtaining any necessary customer consent for email communications.
• Ensuring that appointment information is accurate.
• Maintaining the security of its own Google account.
• Managing its Google account permissions and access.
• Ensuring that customers have provided any consent required by applicable laws to receive transactional email communications.
• Providing accurate customer email addresses and booking information to ensure transactional emails are sent to the intended recipients.

Businesses are responsible for the communications they send through the Application.

7. Data and Privacy

Our collection, use, storage, and processing of information are described in our Privacy Policy.

By using the Application, you acknowledge that Google account authorization credentials may be retained to maintain your connection.

We do not claim ownership of your Google Calendar events, Gmail account, or other Google account information.

Our handling of Google user data is subject to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

8. Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

The Application may become temporarily unavailable due to:

• Maintenance or technical issues.
• Google API outages or changes.
• Network interruptions.
• Security incidents.
• Circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue Application features where reasonably necessary.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Application is provided on an "as available" basis.

We are not responsible for losses resulting from:

• Google service interruptions.
• Incorrect appointment information supplied by users.
• Unauthorized access resulting from compromised Google accounts.
• Missed appointments caused by external service failures.
• Email delivery failures or delays outside our reasonable control.
• Transactional emails that are delayed, blocked, rejected, or not delivered due to Gmail restrictions, incorrect customer email addresses, spam filters, or other external service limitations.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where such exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.

10. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Application if a user violates these Terms, misuses the service, or creates a security or legal risk.

Users may stop using the Application and revoke Google authorization at any time.

Upon termination, associated OAuth credentials will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated Last Updated date.

Continued use of the Application after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the applicable laws of Islamic Republic of Pakistan, subject to any mandatory consumer protection or other applicable legal requirements.
